The North Cobb Rotary Club has committed a $2000 grant to the Rescuing Hope Foundation. Rescuing Hope’s mission is to eradicate sex trafficking by enlightening the public about the dangers of sex trafficking in America, educating potential victims and first responders, and empowering advocates and survivors. By raising awareness in the community, the public can understand how relevant this problem is. This awareness motivates action. The fight on sex trafficking consists of prevention of new victims and support of past victims. Survivors’ transition from sexual exploitation is a long difficult battle. Rescuing Hope empowers victims by connecting them with the resources they need to survive.

The club's grant will help provide funding for middle school curriculum that will bring awareness and prevention to local schools
