This year the annual golf tournament sponsored by the Rotary Club of Lake Spivey/Clayton County is scheduled for Friday, September 6. The location will be The Lake Spivey Golf Club, 8255 Clubhouse Way, Jonesboro, GA 30236. On site registration begins at 9:30am with a Shotgun Start scheduled for 11:00am. The charge for a team is $380.00. Individual players also are encouraged at $100.00 each and will be organized into teams. Two Hole-in-One opportunities are included in the tournament. Related activities that also are being planned include numerous valuable "door" prizes and a raffle for a Big Green Egg. Raffle tickets are $5.00 each. Hole sponsor fees are $125.00.
